House Rules and Organiser's Final Authority
The Black Dragon Queen Empire is privately created, owned and controlled by Lady Guru, the Black Dragon Queen.
By entering this website, registering, participating in any live, game, battle, competition, giveaway, reward, event or other Empire activity, you agree to follow these House Rules. Participation is a privilege, not an automatic right.
The Organiser's Authority
Lady Guru reserves the absolute right, at her sole discretion and at any time, to:
Create, change, update, add, remove or replace any rule.
Change how any game, battle, competition or activity operates.
Select, invite, refuse, remove, replace or reinstate any participant, challenger, co-host, supporter or winner.
Change the order in which participants play.
Pause, restart, postpone, extend, shorten, suspend or cancel any activity.
Correct, reset, remove or refuse any score, position, result or leaderboard entry.
Change, replace, delay or withdraw a prize, reward, benefit or recognition only where exceptional circumstances outside the Organiser's reasonable control make this necessary. Where reasonably possible, a replacement will be of equal or greater value.
Make an immediate decision when an unexpected situation is not covered by the published rules.
Take any other action considered necessary to protect the Empire, its community, its reputation or the fairness of an activity.
These decisions may be made before, during or after an activity. Lady Guru is not required to obtain permission or agreement from any participant before making a decision.
Cheating and Unfair Behaviour
Cheating, attempted cheating, manipulation or dishonest behaviour will not be tolerated. This includes, but is not limited to:
Using fake, duplicate, automated or misleading accounts.
Artificially manipulating scores, taps, views, rankings or leaderboard positions.
Colluding with another participant or arranging results.
Impersonating another person or providing false registration or identity information.
Exploiting technical faults, delays, glitches or platform errors.
Harassing, threatening, bullying or abusing Lady Guru, another participant, a supporter or a member of the community.
Deliberately disrupting a live, game, battle or other Empire activity.
Attempting to pressure, intimidate or publicly force the Organiser to change a decision.
Acting in a way that damages the Black Dragon Queen Empire or brings it into disrepute.
Where cheating, manipulation, misconduct or suspicious activity is identified, Lady Guru may act immediately and without prior warning. Action may include removing or replacing the person, cancelling their score, removing them from the leaderboard, withholding a reward, disqualifying them, blocking them or permanently refusing their participation.
Lady Guru may act where there are reasonable and documented grounds to suspect cheating, manipulation or misconduct, following a fair review of the available information.
Scores, Results and Technical Problems
Only scores and results officially accepted and recorded by Lady Guru will be recognised. Screenshots, personal calculations, comments, private messages or figures displayed on another person's device do not override the Organiser's official record.
If a score, result or leaderboard position appears incorrect, incomplete, manipulated or affected by a technical problem, Lady Guru may correct, remove, replace or disregard it.
The Black Dragon Queen Empire is not responsible for internet failure, platform failure, delayed information, missing scores, frozen screens, account restrictions, system errors, lost connections or any other technical problem outside the Organiser's control. Lady Guru alone will decide whether to continue, restart, reschedule, replace a participant, accept the existing result or cancel the activity.
Prizes, Rewards and Recognition
A displayed, discussed or announced prize does not create an automatic entitlement until the winner has been officially confirmed by Lady Guru and all required checks have been completed.
Lady Guru may verify registration details, identity, eligibility, scores and compliance with these House Rules before confirming any prize or reward. A prize may be withheld, replaced or withdrawn where a participant is ineligible, cannot be verified, supplied false information, broke these rules, is suspected of cheating or misconduct, or where a platform, legal, safety, availability or technical issue prevents fulfilment.
Conduct, Platforms and Final Decision
Everyone entering the Black Dragon Queen Empire must behave respectfully. Lady Guru is not required to debate, explain repeatedly or negotiate any decision. Abusive or disruptive behaviour may result in immediate removal or permanent exclusion.
Some activities may take place through independent social media, video or live-streaming platforms. The Black Dragon Queen Empire does not control those platforms and is not responsible for their systems, policies, restrictions, suspensions, calculations or decisions. Participants must also follow the rules of the platform being used.
Lady Guru may change these House Rules at any time and without individual notice. The latest version displayed on this website takes effect immediately upon publication and replaces every previous version.
Lady Guru's interpretation and decision concerning the rules, scores, results, eligibility, conduct, rewards and all other Empire matters is final, subject to applicable law.

Music Rights and Ownership
All lyrics have been written by Lady Guru.
Lady Guru owns and controls the rights to her original lyrics and the music released under her name. All rights are reserved.
Lady Guru's officially released music is available to stream or purchase through authorised music platforms, including:

YouTube Music
Amazon Music
Other authorised digital music services
No person, business, producer, content creator or organisation has permission to copy, reproduce, record, remix, sample, alter, translate, distribute, sell, upload or commercially use Lady Guru's lyrics or music without her prior written consent.
Purchasing, downloading or streaming a song does not transfer ownership or grant permission for commercial use.
Lady Guru's music, lyrics, name, image and branding may not be used in advertisements, films, other songs, merchandise, commercial content or promotional projects without written permission.
Unauthorised use may be reported, removed or pursued under applicable law. Requests for permission, licensing, samples or collaborations must be submitted through the official Black Dragon Queen Empire contact form.

03 · Fashion
Black Dragon Queen Fashion and Custom Orders
Black Dragon Queen Fashion is designed and creatively directed by Lady Guru.
The collection includes high-quality clothing, original designs, custom-made pieces, exclusive products and limited-edition releases. Some designs will only be available in limited quantities and may not return once sold out.
Custom-Made Items
Custom-made and personalised items are created specifically for the customer. Customers are responsible for providing the correct size, measurements, colours, wording and personalisation details when placing an order.
Custom-made and personalised items are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged because the customer changes their mind, orders the wrong size or provides incorrect information.
A custom-made item may only be returned if it arrives damaged, faulty or materially different from what was ordered.
Damaged, Faulty or Incorrect Items
Any damaged, faulty or incorrect item must be reported promptly through the official contact form. Customers may be asked to provide their order details and clear photographs or video showing the problem.
Items must not be worn, washed, altered or further damaged while a claim is being reviewed. Once the issue has been confirmed, the appropriate repair, replacement or refund will be provided.
Product Appearance and Design Ownership
Every reasonable effort is made to display products accurately. Colours may appear slightly different because of lighting, photography or screen settings. Custom-made and individually finished products may have small variations. These individual differences are part of the custom design and are not automatically considered faults.
All Black Dragon Queen Fashion designs, artwork, slogans, logos, photographs and branding belong to Lady Guru or are used with proper authority. They may not be copied, reproduced, printed, manufactured, sold or used commercially without Lady Guru's prior written permission.
Purchasing an item does not transfer ownership of its design or intellectual property.
Nothing in this policy affects the customer's rights under applicable consumer law.
04 · Giveaways, freebies and rewards
Giveaways and Freebies
All Black Dragon Queen Empire giveaways, freebies and rewards are created, organised and controlled by Lady Guru.
Only people registered with the Black Dragon Queen Empire are eligible to receive official giveaways, freebies and rewards unless Lady Guru states otherwise. Taking part does not create an automatic right to receive a prize, free item, reward or benefit.
For every individual giveaway, Lady Guru will announce the method of entry, eligibility requirements, opening and closing dates, the prize or reward, how the recipient will be selected, how the recipient will be contacted and any claim deadline. Those announced conditions apply alongside this general policy.
Lady Guru's Discretion
Lady Guru reserves the absolute right, at her sole discretion and at any time, to:
Create, change, add or remove any entry requirement.
Decide who is eligible to participate.
Refuse, remove, replace or disqualify any participant.
Change how a recipient or winner is selected.
Change the opening or closing date.
Extend, shorten, postpone, suspend or cancel any giveaway.
Change, replace, delay or withdraw a prize, freebie or reward only where exceptional circumstances outside the Organiser's reasonable control make this necessary. Where reasonably possible, a replacement will be of equal or greater value.
Request proof of identity, registration, eligibility, referrals or participation.
Withhold a reward while an entry or result is being investigated.
Select a replacement recipient when necessary.
Make a final decision about any situation not covered by the published conditions.
Lady Guru is not required to obtain permission or agreement from participants before making these decisions.
Cheating and Manipulation
Cheating, attempted cheating, dishonest behaviour and manipulation are strictly prohibited. This includes fake, duplicate or automated accounts; false names, handles, referrals or registrations; repeated registrations; fake referrals; manipulated votes, engagement, numbers or results; impersonation; collusion; exploiting technical faults; and harassing, threatening or pressuring Lady Guru to change a decision.
Lady Guru may remove suspicious entries, cancel referrals, disqualify participants, withhold a reward, select a replacement recipient or permanently exclude a person from future giveaways. She may act immediately and without prior warning where she reasonably believes cheating, manipulation, abuse or misconduct has occurred.
Verification and Prize Availability
Nobody is officially confirmed as a winner or recipient until Lady Guru has completed any required checks and issued confirmation.
A prize, freebie or reward may be withheld, withdrawn or given to someone else if the person cannot be contacted, fails to respond within the required time, cannot be verified, supplied false or incomplete information, was not eligible, broke these conditions or the Empire's House Rules, or where cheating, manipulation or misconduct is identified or reasonably suspected.
All prizes, freebies and rewards are subject to availability. If an advertised item becomes unavailable or cannot reasonably be provided, Lady Guru may replace it with another item, change the reward or withdraw the giveaway.
Unless Lady Guru states otherwise, rewards are personal to the confirmed recipient and cannot be transferred, exchanged or sold.
Unless expressly stated otherwise, Black Dragon Queen Empire giveaways are not sponsored, endorsed, administered by or associated with any third-party social media, streaming or technology platform.
Lady Guru's decision concerning eligibility, entries, verification, misconduct and the final recipient is final, subject to applicable law.
